At Ruth's Roses, we take pride in ensuring your floral arrangements are delivered fresh and on time. Below is an outline of our delivery policies:

Delivery Locations

We deliver across the United States, covering both residential and commercial addresses. Same-day delivery is available in select areas for orders placed before 2 PM local time.

Delivery Times
  1. Our standard delivery window is between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday.
  2. Sunday deliveries are offered in specific areas. Availability can be checked during the checkout process.
  3. While we do our best to meet your requested delivery time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Delivery Fees
  1. Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and the type of delivery service selected
  2. Express and same-day delivery options are available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully delivered, we will send you an email confirmation. For business addresses, please ensure someone is present to accept the delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If we are unable to complete the delivery on the first attempt due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Please note that additional fees may apply for redelivery.

Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered. However, if your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds & Replacements

  2. To request a refund or replacement, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the product.
Order Cancellations
  1. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Orders canceled after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
  2. For same-day delivery orders, cancellations must be made within one hour of placing the order.
